Stephanie Moore
Your coach for relationships.

Welcome!
I believe that every person is filled with love and most of us are aching to share our love with others and feel the love of another person. To that end, we make choices every day. Some choices we make from a place of love, but some we make out of fear. Other choices we make out of habit. I’m here to help you start choosing more consciously, in a way that reflects your values, identities, and priorities.
Relationships evolve whether or not we are tending to them because life keeps happening and life impacts our relationships. Career changes. Parenthood. Fertility struggles. Aging parents. Global moves. These are all stressors that have the potential to upend our lives and impact how we relate to each other. Big life changes provide opportunities for big changes in our relationships. Relationships can grow and flourish or wither and die. They can also hang on for years, neither thriving nor perishing. I’m here to listen to your unique story with compassion and without judgment and to help you see and tend to your relationships with more love and less fear.
I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients of all backgrounds. Bring all of the parts of you to your sessions with me!
Theories
If you are a fellow coaching / counseling / therapy / psychology nerd, then you might be interested in the modalities I favor in my practice: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and The Gottman Method.
Supervised
Guided by a supervisor with over 25 years of experience.
Values
Values rooted in kindness, transparency, and inclusiveness.
Connection
Dedicated to fostering genuine connections in every session.

I have always been fascinated by relationships and the human psyche
And my bookshelf reflects this. While I was earning a PhD in the physical sciences and then working in a large corporation and growing my family, I was listening to Esther Perel talk about the opposing needs of love and desire in long-term relationships, Brené Brown talk about the components of trust, and David Sedaris share the absurd truths of the inner-workings of family life. I was also growing confidence in my intuition and starting to see a different path for myself thanks to personal therapy and group coaching. Michelle Obama’s Becoming and Glennon Doyle’s Untamed inspired me to follow my passion and choose a different path. This path led to a move across the world, a new career in relationship coaching, and fundamental changes in my relationships. Not all change is so dramatic, but both large and small changes are grounded in the choices we make each day and the stories we tell ourselves.
Before moving to southwest France, I completed 40+ credit hours of a masters degree in counseling and 100+ hours working with clients. Today, I live in Pau and have the ability to work with clients anywhere in the world while being guided by a licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor.
I look forward to working with you. Let’s write a new story together.
